I find myself wanting a big green Musketeer outfit for next Halloween. Of course, since I'm not 8 feet tall and 3 feet wide, I think it might lose something in translation. Maybe an Elnor version... Check out one of Nathan's latest projects here. His cover is the default image of the video, which is pretty cool. We're fans of making comics accessible to wider demographics, and making business books less daunting/more fun by boiling them down and coloring them in. If anyone needed further proof that steampunk (well, this one might be a stretch) is on the rise, check out the trailer for Cowboys and Aliens. Based on a 2006 graphic novel (we hear those are popular for turning into movies these days), it seems to me a cross between Wild Wild West and Men in Black. Okay, Daniel Craig's attack-bracelet isn't exactly steampunk technology, but it's not a far stretch... That's it for this week. Happy Turkey Day! |
